Eligibility

By purchasing from HRNH, you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years old.
You are legally allowed to purchase syringes in your jurisdiction.
You will use our products responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws.

Intended Use

Our syringes and harm reduction supplies are sold for:

Personal healthcare and medical use.
Legal harm reduction purposes.
Laboratory, industrial, or veterinary use.

They are not intended for illicit drug use, and we do not condone illegal activities.

State Law Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with their local and state laws. We do not ship syringes to states where they are restricted or prohibited.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of our products.
If your order is returned due to legal restrictions or incorrect address information, a restocking fee may apply.

2. Shipping Policy (Including State Restrictions)

Shipping & Handling

Orders are processed within 7 business days.

Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

State Restrictions
We currently do not ship syringes to the following states due to legal restrictions:
California, Delaware, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Florida, Nevada, Georgia, Ohio, Oregon, Washington

It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with local laws before placing an order.

Carrier Policies
We comply with all carrier regulations for shipping medical supplies. If an order is returned due to carrier restrictions, we will notify you and issue a refund minus shipping fees.

3. Syringe Disposal Information

Proper disposal of syringes is critical for community safety. We encourage our customers to use the following methods for safe disposal:

Disposal Sites: Visit Home – Safe Needle Disposal to find syringe disposal locations near you.
FDA Guidelines: Place used syringes in an FDA-approved sharps disposal container and follow local regulations.
Mail-Back Programs: Some services allow customers to return used syringes safely. Check with local health authorities for options.

We provide sharps containers for purchase to help customers dispose of syringes safely.

Restricted Payment Methods

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of syringes or other harm reduction supplies.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for resolution.
